A simple question started it.
Why should people spend so much of their lives crossing one another on the road to do similar work?
Changing the narrative around commuting.
Flipped Our Script grew from the idea that technology should improve everyday life in practical ways. Work may not always be movable, but when comparable opportunities exist closer to home, people should have a better way to discover them.
The mission is not to replace employers, unions, licensing boards, or existing hiring systems. It is to help people and organizations see possibilities that long commutes can hide.
